Building Nutrition is owned and operated by:
Stacie: Stacie received her Masters degree in Nutrition in 2002, and has been working as a Licensed and Registered Dietitian in the clinical field for 5+ years.
Mike: Mike is the webmaster behind the scenes, but also contributes various content from his own personal experiences such as the Marathons for New Runners series.
Our goals at Building Nutrition are:
- To help you determine a nutrition and fitness regimen for your own life through topical education, and examples from our own and others’ lives
- To help you succeed and teach you how to help yourself and your family
- To be your daily motivator
- To foster a constructive learning and conversational environment
As we grow, we will update our goals to fit more with our changing readership. We want you to become a part of our growing site, so all suggestions, comments and article ideas are greatly appreciated and welcomed.
We are always looking for Registered Dietitians and fitness professionals to contribute content to the site. We are looking for strong partnerships and collaborations, as well as ad-hoc article submissions.
