		<description>Yes, I SHOULD take advantage of my lunch hour, but the gym in the hospital basement (where I work) is incredibly hot and stuffy.  That just turns me off!  A walk outside appeals to me a lot more, depending on the weather.</description>

		<description>Great idea!  At my work, we moved to a new building last year. They put in a walking path around the building, and many people use it during our morning break.  I have not used it much yet, so thanks for the reminder -- especially since it is so convenient for me.  I do ride a bike to work a couple of times a week, and that ends up being good exercise (and saves money at the gas station)!</description>
