I've been doing the P-up challenge. I've been on column 3 since the beginning. Everything was going great- I was exceeding expectations. Then week 5. Is that 1st day of week 5 accurate?!?! or a typo?!?! OMG!! I got the 1st set and barely the 2nd, but couldn't do even 12 on the 3rd. and the final Max set was terrible as well. Any suggestions? Also, I've been under teh assumption this was for 100 consecutive P-ups without stopping. Now that I've looked for help I see many are calling it 100 in minute. That's faster than 1/sec? Is that realistic?
