I like canned pumpkin, but I like to add a couple of teaspoons of honey and some cinnamon :-) and bake it in custard cups. (YUMMY!)

There's some wonderful content on this site that I know other people would enjoy. Would you consider adding your site to the Be Naturally Well community where our readers can find you?

Here's the link!

We, too, almost always have sugar in sweet goodies - cookies, breads, even oatmeal (which I don't add much sweetener to).

Also, my sons (ages 2 and 4) LOVE frozen blueberries, straight out of the bag. We go through them like crazy! I add them to yogurt along with a banana and wheat germ, and it tastes like a dessert, but has no added sugar.

My 4 yo son also loves canned pumpkin. My mom thinks we're nuts, but he eats it straight out of the can, sometimes almost a whole can at a time.

Cinnamon helps to regulate your blood sugar, which is why it made the list. I like to give cinnamon to my kids with any sugary snack or high carb item (cinnamon sugar cookies, cinnamon of boxed cereal, cinnamon on buttered toast or bagels, etc.)
