		<description>I usually get my running in from 7:30 - 9:00 pm.  Its right as the day is starting to cool down and as you heat up from your workout the sun is setting.  Its really made workouts possible on some of these extremely HOT days we&#039;ve had here lately in the DC area.  

I&#039;m a bit behind on my LONG runs (Just finished the 6 mile distance) but hoping to catch up soon.

		<description>You might consider buying a headlamp for night runs. You feel kind of silly at first, but the improved visibility can be worth it. It will also help you be seen by cars.</description>
