		<description>Reading this reminds me of a psychology book I read on Self-directed behaviour modification. The example you gave of Jake is a good example of the habit of letting a lapse - the &quot;Grand Slam Breakfast&quot; turn into a relapse - which would be to turn away from following the  MyPyramid Plan that he had been using. 

I think the key is to not think of certain foods and drink as being &quot;bad&quot;, but to think of them as being &quot;occassional&quot; foods.</description>
